We take pride in providing personal and professional customer service to both our owners and guests. Customers will always be greeted at the JR Vacation Rentals office upon check-in during business hours to establish a personal connection. Property lock boxes are not used at anytime, to ensure safety and security. Guests will receive keys and directions to properties at Check-in. We provide office hours Monday thru Friday May – October. A qualified staff member monitors a 24-hour emergency cell phone and office communication for rental emergencies and guest concerns during their vacation. A representative is available to assist you with any questions via phone call, text or e-mail communication.
