Perfectly located to all the sites
A beautiful setting with complete privacy. Open spaced yard with spacious covered porch and generous side deck. A lovely decorated clean cabin. We would very much enjoy another visit. The deer just outside made it perfect.
Long time Haynes renters
We have rented this cabin several summers. We love the setting. If you are quiet the deer come to the yard and eat from the apple trees. Last year the owners removed the cable television service and we had no television service except free Amazon prime. Even people on vacation want to see live news and watch movies at night so this is a huge negative for us. Please provide at least some live channels and movies.
Great place to stay!
One of the best gems in Door county!! Wonderful wood burning stove, large yard, and wonderful walking path. Close to the store and its quiet on this side. Wonderful during Fall Colors and walking along Cave Point road.
Hayne’s Log Cabin-Great deck and grounds, very private, a good place for kids. Kitchen just a lot of old odds and ends. Didn’t eat in much
Stayed there about 20 years ago. Thoroughly Enjoyed that week. It’s a gem in the woods near Cave Point and Whitefish Dunes SP.
Long time Haynes renters
We stayed here again this summer. We love this cabin which now feels like our summer tradition. We treasure the privacy of the setting. One thing we miss this year is the glider with the footstool that is pictured above. It was so comfortable. I know it was old, but I wish it was still there. Please know there is only a firestick for the television so there is no cable. You must load your own program on the television like netflix, etc. We appreciate very much it is pet friendly. We will be returning next summer.
A true log cabin
We loved the log cabin feel and the wonderful couch and fireplace. The covered deck was great and the property is so nice and secluded. Our dogs ran free and we took long walks in the woods.
Perfect place on the quiet side
Great amenities. The Skylink internet was great for work and the seclusion was perfect to get away from life.
Our summer spot
We have been renting this cabin for thirteen summers in a row. We love the quiet and privacy. It is rustic but will good amenities like air conditioning and modern televisions. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner last year and found out he and my husband dove on the same sunken ship a million years ago. He left us a gift of local products this year and we loved them. The deer came every morning to eat the apples. Haynes is our summer tradition and we love it.
